- organisation of and participation in international and domestic professional conferences, consultations and trainings;
- active participation in domestic and international professional associations, developing sustainable competences of employees (formation of a project team dealing with sustainability issues);
- active participation in the Section of Collectors and Processors of Metal and Non-metal Waste;
- acquisition and implementation of the highest quality and sustainability standards (ISO standard, ISCC EU sustainability certificate, International Sustainability, Carbon Certification in accordance with the RED II directive);
- active role in shaping and implementing modern and advanced environmental policies and legislation.
