With their services and products, Surovina d.o.o. brings to life their vision and mission in the field of comprehensive waste management. Sustainable development of planned waste handling and management is based on the key environmental principles of collection, transport, processing, and material and energy recovery of waste.
Our core policy goals are:
Enhancing competitiveness, development, of fields and forms of activities,
Reducing the potential load of land-fills by processing the residual waste after sorting into refuse delivered fuel,
Rationalization of raw materials and energy use,
Improving the effects of sorting and processing, thus increasing the satisfaction of our users, with new technology, by taking into account the reduction of risks related to occupational safety and health, and burdening of the environment,
Extension of activities to those fields of waste with regulated special code of conduct, e.g. common schemes,
Marketing of our own packaging scheme,
Development and implementation of a WEEE decomposition programme,
Reducing all types of emissions, with a special emphasis on waste water,
